Data Deletion Request

Webelio ESS is an employee self-service app. Your account is created and managed by your employer. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it using the steps below — you do not need the app installed to make a request.

How to request deletion

Email us at hello@webel.io from your registered email address, or use the button below, and include:

Your full name
Your registered email address or phone number
Your employer / organization name
Your employee code, if you know it

What gets deleted

We delete your login account and personal profile data — including contact details, identifiers, attendance and leave records, and uploaded documents — subject to the retention exception below.

What we may need to retain

Indian tax, labour, and statutory laws require your employer to keep certain payroll and compliance records (for example, salary, PF/ESI, and TDS records) for a legally mandated period, typically up to 8 years. These records are retained only as long as the law requires and are then deleted. All other personal data is deleted on request.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion of eligible data within 30 days, and we will confirm once it is done. Because your data is part of your employment record, we may coordinate with your employer to fulfill the request.
